For most first visits, yes — it lets Ashley see your skin and build a plan before any treatment begins. Some services, like makeup or lash and brow styling, can begin directly.
02 How do I know which category fits me?
You do not have to. Book a consultation, describe your goals in your own words, and the recommendation is built from there.
03 How often should treatments happen?
It depends on the service and your skin. Maintenance plans are discussed at your consultation, with timing that fits your calendar and budget.
04 What if I have sensitive skin or specific concerns?
Bring them — all of them. Sensitive skin, active conditions, past treatments, and product reactions are exactly what the consultation exists to map safely.
